Review

Always get excited about butlins love the place , good location and so much to do , we stayed in a seaside apartment ground floor which was lovely and clean and extra bonus having a decked area to sit and have a few drinks , so much to do on site swimming, peddle karts , we bought our children adrenaline passes and that covered , climbing wall , leap of faith , high ropes , crazy golf , go karts list is endless , food on site is slightly dear with fish and chips coming to £7 ok but had better , entertainment is fantastic and the red coats work endlessly, thank you for a good holiday butlins see you next year.

we arrived at Butlins for the first time (not for my dad though) and I thought it was a great experience the water park and pool was amazing, the food was decent, the fair was very good too and all the entertainment and the big arcade, bowling. There’s everything there and so much going on it’s great for kids all ages and adults! We stayed in the starfish quay ( the lobster court) the rooms were okay but they could be abit better we stayed in a room with two single beds and one double beds the beds were a but uncomfortable to sleep in on the first night but got used to it but it was clean and a decent room for 4 nights but Butlins if you’re reading this I suggest changing to a more comfy mattress as one night I actually slept on the carpet. But everything else was great we have a 10 month old baby and she enjoyed it a lot there was baby rides and water slides and a baby pool! It was a great holiday definitely coming back next year sad to be leaving tomorrow though. We were supposed to be in Spain right now but one of the passports was expired so we had to figure out quickly were we could go my dad suggested Butlins and we got the last room available and left 2 days after the booking it’s not as hot as Spain but so much going on and pretty warm most of the time! The weathers decent in August/July! Defo coming back next year sad to be going but an amazing stay overall and the staff were brilliant! :) oh yeah and a good beach too!!!
